Abby Hallett

Owner and co-founder

Abby Hallett has ten years of experience working with people with disabilities. She graduated with a Masters degree in Special Education in 2015. She is a fifth generation Floridian who has lived in Tallahassee for the past 10 years. In 2018, she was nationally recognized as Teacher of the Year for Council for Exceptional Children’s Division on Autism and Developmental Disabilities. She developed and implemented the instruction for The ACE Transition Summer Institute for the first three years of the program (2017-2019). While she was there, she helped students with learning disabilities, Asperger’s, and developmental disabilities learn employment readiness, social skills, and partnered them with non-disabled peers. She has spent the last four years working at The ACE School in the ACE Transition Program. In the ACE Transition Program she helped it grow into a highly successful program with graduate employment numbers as high as 90%.
